Positive: Excellent location for an event at Warwick university. The property was very well maintained and spacious, everything we needed as a group for a comfortable weekend away from home.

Positive: Slept very well, superb beds. House was spotless and great showers.
Negative: Plenty of space in general and good social space in the Kitchen. Whilst there are sofas to sit and watch tv, they are more compact, rather than loungy, accordingly didn't really use, but wouldn't put me off coming back, this was our 2nd time of renting.
Summary: Super clean and comfy, great sleep!

Negative: Only two minor issues a Microwave would have been useful - unless we missed it and a soap/shampoo holdr/dish would keep things off the floor.
Summary: Brilliant location, beautiful house which makes for the perfect escape from a busy world.

Positive: Great facilities on the side of the owners home. We self checked in and everything we needed was right there. Very comfortable beds, immaculately clean. Spread over 3 floors with an outlook from the lounge over the rear lawn and countryside.
Negative: TV was a little small, though we didn't really use it and whilst there were fittings in the bedroom for a tv, there wasn't one in situ. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Entrance sign is also a challenge to spot, especially if arriving in the dark. This does not detract from a great accommodation.
Summary: Loved it and genuinely would stay over and over if available when next in the area.

Positive: Spotlessly clean and really nicely fitted out with high quality furniture, good bedding etc. Felt new and modern. Spacious bedrooms. Large garden. Great location close to lots of places we wanted to visit with our children - Warwick Castle, Stratford upon Avon, Coventry’s Wave etc.
Negative: It was hard to find in the dark. Booking.com removed the What Three Words link from the messages which would have been really helpful. The kitchen was a bit cramped as it had a table to seat six in the middle, which wasn’t shown in the photos. We had to make sure we had everything out of the cupboards/oven/dishwasher before we all sat down! The house is an annexe mostly over the garage of a large house, rather than a semi detached house. Not a problem at all, but we were a bit confused when we pulled into the driveway!
Summary: A lovely, clean, modern annexe close to a number of interesting places to visit
